Training with me means working hard while staying focused on proper form and safe strength training. I specialize in coaching women 40+ to become strong, independent, and live a healthy, pain-free life. I’ve trained clients of all ages and backgrounds, and I pride myself on creating sessions that are empowering, challenging, and results-driven. I’m fun, but I’ll keep you focused, make sure you’re always feeling challenged, and hold you accountable to your health journey.. My approach combines strength training, nutrition education, and longevity strategies to help you live independently and thrive as you age.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS


I’ve been active my whole life, starting as a dancer at a young age and continuing through high school. I discovered gyms and strength training later, and it quickly became a passion. My previous career was in retail management; where I used to wonder what type of work would inspire me and contribute to others' lives in a positive way. The pandemic gave me the chance to finally follow the path I should have all along, helping people move better, feel better, and gain confidence in their bodies. There’s nothing more rewarding than empowering and inspiring people, especially women, no matter what age or stage of life they’re in.

OUTSIDE THE GYM, I ENJOY


Spending time with my son and our dog, Enzo. Going to live music events, dancing with friends, and exploring different spots around the city.
