I’ve been involved in sports my entire life, competing in volleyball, swimming, soccer, and beach volleyball throughout my youth. After earning my business degree, I started my professional career in the corporate world, but I quickly realized my passion lay elsewhere. When my husband opened a CrossFit gym, I began coaching and discovered a deep sense of purpose in helping others improve their health and confidence. I believe the gym is more than just a place to train, it’s a space where you can relieve stress, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.
