“Movement is medicine.”
Training with me is methodical and performance oriented. I work especially well with athletes, and anyone who is looking for goals-oriented training.
My coaching is very intentional, with an emphasis on helping people understand the why behind body mechanics, not just to instruct them on what to do.
I am very pragmatic in my approach to life, and bring that same approach to the way that I coach.
Cheerleading is not my forte, but I will always encourage my clients to bring their best effort forth and show up for themselves even when things get hard.
At the end of the day, I am here to help you achieve whatever your goals are.

I was always an active kid that enjoyed different sports, but as a teenager I was struggling with my weight and cruel teenagers, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and start training at my school gym. Soon enough I realized that being in shape was great, but improving my performance was significantly more rewarding. This inspired me to pursue a career in fitness, which led to acquiring my Sports Sciences degree, and my CrossFit Certifications and eventually to becoming a trainer. Being in a gym environment has always felt like second-nature to me and helping others achieve their fitness goals in this environment truly fulfills me.
Outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, and staying active through sports like volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and basketball.
