I focus on creating a training environment where clients feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. I believe in gently pushing individuals beyond their comfort zones while ensuring they feel safe and encouraged throughout the process. My coaching combines strength training with cardiovascular fitness to support long-term health and independence. When clients reach challenging moments, I encourage them to give whatever they have that day because consistency and effort matter more than perfection.

After shifting careers in 2020, I chose to pursue fitness following the positive impact personal training had on my own journey. Working with trainers helped me build confidence and strength, inspiring me to help others experience the same benefits. Since then, I’ve worked with clients ranging in age from 12 to 86, supporting individuals at every stage of their fitness journey.
I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors in nature with my dog Benji
