“Movement is medicine… bodies in motion, stay in motion! Just show up and keep moving!”
My approach to fitness blends energy, music, and purposeful movement. I wear many hats, personal trainer, group class coach, yoga teacher, and Group Fitness Coordinator. However, my goal is always the same: to help you train hard, move well, and build strength that carries into everyday life. My sessions combine strength training, hybrid conditioning, and controlled tempo work, all flowing to create motivating, challenging, and sustainable sessions. I strive to create a high-energy environment where effort meets fun, leaving you feeling empowered after every session.

My passion for movement started as a competitive gymnast from ages 7 to 14. I began coaching early, leading my school’s Daily Physical Activity sessions in grade 6, and earned my first group fitness certification at 16 to teach step classes at the YMCA. After completing a Fitness & Health Promotion diploma, I continued my career in Toronto, where I discovered my love for motivating others, creating fun and effective workouts, and connecting people through movement.
Heading out to live music events, going dancing with friends. Outside of structured workouts, I’m always finding ways to move, connect, and vibe to good music.
I’m learning to DJ and dabble in stand-up comedy!
