My approach emphasizes proper mechanics, strength development, and long-term sustainability. I am an educational coach who wants you to understand why you’re doing each exercise, not just follow instructions. I work especially well with athletes and active individuals aiming to improve performance, build muscle, prevent injuries, and move better. You can expect honest feedback, accountability, and an environment that challenges you while staying positive and supportive.

Hockey Development Trainer
I grew up playing a variety of sports, including hockey, baseball, football, and swimming. I loved the competitive environment, the training, and improving my performance. Studying Kinesiology and later Massage Therapy, deepened my understanding of biomechanics, recovery, and injury prevention. Becoming a trainer allowed me to stay connected to sport while helping others move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
