My passion for fitness began through football in high school, where strength and performance training were essential to my development as an athlete. While attending university, I pursued coaching through an academic program that gave me the opportunity to start working with others. That’s when I turned my athletic experience into a career focused on helping people improve their performance and reach their full physical potential.
Playing sports including football, basketball, and softball, as well as snowboarding whenever possible. I love to cook!
