My coaching style is thoughtful, patient, and research-driven, and I design workouts that are sustainable, effective, and tailored to your unique body and goals. I prioritize safe progression while keeping training engaging and results-focused.

HOW I GOT INTO FITNESS

I grew up in a family of athletes and bodybuilders, so fitness has been a central part of my life for over 15 years. My dedication to helping others grew stronger through personal setbacks. In 2016, I sustained a shoulder injury during a Judo tournament, which led to a challenging five-year recovery journey. Working closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, doctors, and coaches, I regained peak performance and discovered my passion for guiding others through injury recovery and performance improvement.

OUTSIDE THE GYM, I ENJOY

Hiking, game coding, anime, and meditation.
