I take a progressive, technique-driven approach, keeping a calm but challenging environment so you feel supported while being pushed to improve. I also work closely with post-injury clients and those training during or after pregnancy, prioritizing safety while helping you build strength, regain confidence, and make steady progress.

I got into fitness through my own experience as a handball player. I wanted to improve my performance, get stronger, and feel better physically.
Over time, I realized that training goes far beyond just changing your body. It builds discipline, confidence, and mental strength. That’s what pushed me to turn this into my profession and help others achieve real, lasting results.
