Belinda Chan graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto (2014) as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. She received an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario in Kinesiology. Her passion for health and fitness is not only seen in her academic and professional life but her personal one as well. She is an avid cyclist and has toured across Eastern Canada and through the United Kingdom. She can be seen on weekends wandering the city with her partner and two dogs.
Belinda’s ideal patient is committed to long term wellness and is willing to actively participate in their own recovery. Treatments include a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitative exercises. Movement is the key to health, and Belinda’s goal is to help you get there.
Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto. She completed the Massage Therapy program in 2016 with honours through Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
Since graduating she has found her calling as a deep tissue and prenatal Massage Therapist. She enjoys assessing any case of muscular-skeletal pain and discomfort to find the root cause and building a treatment/remedial exercise plan personalized to suit your wellness goals.
Sophie Pollon-MacLeod is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Prior to obtaining her doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine, Sophie completed her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Sophie is also a personal trainer with Philosophy. Her experience as a trainer ignited her passion to pursue a career in healthcare and help others towards feeling her best. Sophie combines her expertise in exercise physiology and naturopathic medicine to support her patients towards achieving weight loss, improving their performance and aiding in pain management. She goes beyond symptom management and utilizes a full-body approach to get to the root of health concerns. Sophie possesses additional qualifications from the International Society of Sports Nutrition and a level 1 pelvic health certification through Pelvic Health Solutions.
Kelvin is a resident physiotherapist who completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Previously, he earned a Masters in Professional Kinesiology and a Bachelors in Kinesiology with Honours at the University of Toronto as well.
Kelvin has a passion in empowering his client’s through education, and develops personalised treatment plans which uses a combination of manual therapy and exercises. He has experience in managing athletic injuries, neurological conditions, and has experience working with children with disabilities through the SMILE program. Kelvin is actively pursuing courses in acupuncture, dry needling, and musculoskeletal and manual physiotherapy.
Kelvin is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Kelvin is fluent in Cantonese and can provide physiotherapy services in both English and Cantonese.
In his spare time, Kelvin enjoys going to the gym, learning to cook new dishes, exploring nature, and bingeing the latest shows on Netflix.

Equipment cleaning takes place on a regular basis. In order to limit risk to staff, class participants are REQUIRED to organize and sanitize their own equipment after use. Our staff conducts a secondary equipment clean after each class to ensure nothing is missed.
Each studio space has an independant commercial ventilation system for optimal circulation
